Dr. Kyle Womack, PT, DPT, SFMA, FMS, CF-L2
Dr Kyle was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Oklahoma State University with Bachelor's in Health Education and Promotion and Graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
After graduating from Physical Therapy School, he and his wife, Jenn, moved to Hawaii, and lived in Oahu and Kauai. While there, they had two little girls, Linley and Maya. While working in a general Physical Therapy practice, he felt he wasn't able to fully help the active adults he enjoyed working with the most, so he began Womack Performance, where he would provide performance based physiotherapy for CrossFitters and other active people in Hawaii. He soon began coaching at Kauai CrossFit and fell in love with the combination of being able to coach athletes, while helping them improve their movements and decrease their pain.
In March 2020, Kyle & Jenn decided to move their family to Oklahoma City where they opened MŪV OKC. They love helping the Everyday Athletes of the OKC metro and have enjoyed building relationships with local businesses and gyms here.
Dr Kyle's athletic background includes CrossFit, Competitive Natural Bodybuilding, Surfing, Hiking, Football, Basketball, Jeet Kune Do, Tae Kwon Do, Motocross, and Wakeboarding.

Dr. Keegan Metcalf, DC
Dr. Metcalf was born and raised in Southwest Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he participated in both football and track. He later transferred to Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Kinesiology.
While at Oklahoma State, Dr. Metcalf joined the football team as a walk-on, earned a full ride scholarship, and was named a team captain in his final season with the Cowboys. More importantly, he met his wife Graham, while attending school in Stillwater.
During his time at Oklahoma State, Dr. Metcalf noticed a gap between the injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning elements of athletic performance and following graduation he sought out a way to bridge that gap.
Dr. Metcalf attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas and graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2021 and is a Masters of Neuroscience candidate.
Dr. Metcalf contributes his success to his loving wife and incredible parents who have supported him on his journey to becoming the health care provider he is today.
Along with his background as a multiple sport athlete in both high school and college, Dr. Metcalf has training in and bases his treatment methods on Functional Movements Systems, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Motion Palpation, and Rehab to Performance principles to deliver performance focused outcomes.
Dr. Metcalf’s goal is to be a resource for the active and athletic community and help them continue doing what they love and give them the tools necessary to become better than before.

Dr. Allison Matos, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT
Allison attended the University of Oklahoma for her doctoral program in physical therapy and is certified in Orthopedic Manual therapy (hands on treatment) through extensive training with Evidence in Motion. She became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2016 and is a 200 hr certified yoga teacher. She has worked with athletes to recover from a variety of issues and to prevent injury. She loves helping active people overcome pain and body dysfunction and continue to participate fully in exercise and sport.
Allison has specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is passionate about helping women continue to exercise safely during pregnancy as well as fully recover (and become even stronger!) postpartum. Her interest in women’s health began following her two pregnancies when she discovered how little she felt in control of her body with returning to exercise. She strongly believes quality pelvic health treatment can be life changing for women. Common issues that often improve or are eliminated with personalized pelvic rehab include pelvic pain, urinary leakage and/or urgency, sexual dysfunction and symptoms of prolapse.
Her treatment sessions combine holistic functional movement assessments, in depth analysis of clients current exercise program, guidance related to injury reduction, and corrective exercises to reduce pain and improve performance. Additional treatment options which are tailored to clients needs include manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, spinal manipulation to optimize body movement) and trigger point dry needling.
She has two toddler boys who keep her on her toes and she is a 'fringe' sport enthusiast who loves crossfit, yoga, ultimate frisbee and polo but finds *no shame* in an occasional night of binging on Netflix and popcorn.
